What is done in user testing?

User testing for websites is a process that evaluates how easy it is for users to use your website. It should cover all processes such as the website creation/design and usability. There are also basic metrics used for user testing to further improve a website such as user-friendliness, satisfaction, efficiency, and errors. It's important to do 'user testing' because you don't want your website to fail when trying to complete tasks. If there are better sites that do the same thing, then the user will most likely leave your site and go to the other site.

How different versions of browsers are tested

Different versions of browsers are tested by cross-browser testing. It is the practice of testing your site on multiple browsers to ensure that it works and functions properly. It is performed to find bugs and enhance the efficiency of the user experience on all browsers.
